About the position

As a CAPEX Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment where you coordinate and lead international projects and programs within the customer's organization. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues from different parts of the world with the opportunity to influence and develop the client's international collaborations and partnerships.

Tasks

• Support customers from early phase, so to clarify effective goals, project scope, site location, potential funding, permitting and customer organisation development.
• Plan, set up, lead, follow up and report on international programs and projects
• Building and maintaining collaborations with international partners and stakeholders
• Coordinate resources and ensure that project goals are achieved in accordance with schedules and deadlines, while managing risks in a proactive manner
• Maintain continuous dialogue with the participants of the programme and contribute to positive development
• Evaluate project results and report to the steering committee and company management
• Work for inclusive and sustainable program activities

Qualifications and requirements

• Relevant university education or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management or coordination, preferably in an international environment
• Certification in PMP, IPMA-C or equivalent
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Communicative, self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Good ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders in accordance with set goals
