Sr Process Developer
Senior Process Developer – Shape the Future of Industrial Excellence
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and optimizing process flows in manufacturing? As a Senior Process Developer, you’ll step into a pivotal role where technical innovation and precision are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with the business to analyze, structure, and enhance critical processes across production, project management, and administration.
Your Mission – Lead Change, Deliver Impact
- Lead and coordinate process development projects from needs analysis to implementation
- Conduct current-state assessments, identify improvement areas, and drive change initiatives
- Create and maintain process documentation, routines, and work instructions
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, uncover challenges, and test new solutions
- Track and measure process improvements using KPIs and data-driven insights
- Support ongoing improvement efforts and act as a trusted advisor in process optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, engineering, quality, IT, and project management
- Take ownership of change management and knowledge transfer for new processes and ways of working
Your Background – Senior-Level Expertise in Process Leadership
- University degree in engineering, industrial management, logistics, or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in process development, improvement work, or change management within industrial or technical environments
- Proven ability to lead both strategic and operational process improvements
- Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Skilled in data analysis (multivariable design of experience) and process flow visualization
- Strong communication skills and experience facilitating workshops and anchoring new ways of working
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Bonus Skills – What Sets You Apart
- Background in automotive, battery, life science, defense, or other manufacturing industries
- Hands-on experience with process digitalization and automation
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (GMP) and documentation in complex organizations
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management
- Fluent in Swedish
